Give yourself plenty of time...

This worked great once we got the power to stop tripping (our fault, not the brewers). The coffee was delicious and stayed nice and hot, but it took a long time to brew. Give yourself even more time than you think you will need, or do a test run with water before your event to see how much time you will need.
