This rug is so soft. It’s foldable and washable. It’s easy to vacuum. The size is great. The thickness is medium so it’s heavy enough to flatten the wrinkles from folding it within a couple hours but not too heavy you can’t wash it. Ours is large so we will need to wash in at the mat. It doesn’t slide around. It lays flat in a few hours. The color is vibrant and beautiful!
For the price, this rug is a huge bargain. I use it in the kitchen and love the fact that it can be thrown into the washer for cleaning. It lays on the floor in front of the sink and counter, and gets lots of use, with high traffic. The distressed look is perfect, especially because of the high traffic as it should continue to look nice when it really does get distressed. It is a bit thinner than I expected it to be but we have it on a sponge rubber backer and it stays in place nicely. The feel underfoot is nice, it’s softer than I expected it to be. This rug would be equally comfortable in a bedroom or as a hall runner too. All in all, this was a great purchase.
As a printed rug, the color is very much on the surface. Underneath it is white.The coloring isn’t quite what I hoped but it is good considering the price.I can’t speak to the ease of cleaning because I haven’t gotten it dirty yet, but one can usually expect white to soak up whatever color you spill on it. The white detail in the design has grey areas and brown blotches throughout to hide such actual stains.
