WHY no wheel lock!! What Einstein thought that was smart? Not safe. Incline, it rolls. Can't turn your back on someone in it, can't lock it in place so they don't roll!! Can't hold brake and transfer patient, chair moves on you, or rolls away, slides. Also, could be more stable when not in use. I, also didn't know it would be too small for a man. Footrest isn't long enough. Person is crunched up in it. It's not padded much, but for sliding someone onto it, it needs to be firmer. It's not comfy, but ok for a short time. LOVED that the arms raise. That was your selling point. Liked that it came assembled.

I bought this chair for my mother. She’s very elderly and her mobility has declined significantly, but this chair has really been a huge help. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and very comfortable to sit in. We use it both at home and when we’re out and about, and now we can take her for walks while she sits and rests.Assembly was also very simple; the chair arrived pre-assembled and was ready to use in less than a few minutes. We’re very satisfied with this purchase.

Wry good quality. If it’s hard to take your disabled family member out to dr appointments or to dinner this is the wheelchair for you my parents live out of state and this has been a blessing for my 77 yr old mother who has to take care of my father

I bought this for my 14 or old autistic son cause he's a toe walker and calms him down when in store. He's tall but it works fine still. I bought it also cause from his younger age he used to sit in store carts and he's gotten way too big for them and not all stores have those disability cart/basket or wheelchair available. So, this was the perfect solution for me and my kid. Now we are strolling and rolling in all stores with ease. It's also easy to open and fold when out and about. It's not heavy for me and very sturdy. Only thing I wish they would change is to make handle adjustments to different levels because some people are tall lol. But overall, I'm happy with this purchase ☺️ thanks
