Love this thing, the ease of setting the temp and not have to watch it. Large in size, have used it several times with no issues and works like a champ.

This is a large deep fryer for home use. Especially useful are the oil drains in the front. Really makes clean up a lot easier. The control panel and heating elements tilt up to allow oil to drip off prior to removal for cleaning. The control panel and heating elements can be removed completely which aids in clean up. Overall happy with this purchase.
