This thing is oowerful! I have an office in my 2 far garage so I needed 2 of them. It’s a constant battle between the outside air coming into the garage. I insulated it as best as I could, got foam insulation to block most of the air gaps, but I still needed the door functional. The 1 I had could not keep up with the demand in the space, but when I added a second one. Yeah, it’s stays around 70-71 degrees in the garage now. Nice and cool on the hottest days!!! I gave it 4 stars because the second one I got was defective straight out of the box. When the compressor kicked on, it cut off and gave a EE error. I looked it up and it said something about the communication. So they sent me a replacement and I sent the other one back. We need to upgrade our HVAC system because it does not cool the house. I got a 3rd one and set it up in the hallway upstairs, just enough help to keep it comfortable. I like the product and when you get one that’s not defective, it works and works WELL! I have no issues and I would recommend this product.

I bought this portable AC / heat pump for my game room, which is furthest away from the central AC and furnace. I found it was powerful enough to heat the entire 2700 ft2 house with short run time. The side label say its CEER rating was 13.6 btu/wh, which is higher than those of Midea Duo, Cooper&Hunter, Whether NEX. The noise level when the compressor has running was 48 dB, which is higher than advertised, but was about the same as others.

After turning it on for the first time (in hot Florida), after a few minutes, it was blowing out cold air at 48F! The inverter run compressor is quiet with no large sounds or electrical spike when it turns on/off. I like that it has DUAL HOSEs and a heater function. The model number is TAC-10CHPDNWSGBp.

I bought it to cool our bedroom which honestly, isn't that big as it barely fits our california king and old timey mirror/dressor. I've had it for nearly 5 months and since no longer hear my wife complaining about being too hot. Its winter season now though so lets see how it holds up!Noise is there but not terrible in my opinion. It cools our room quickly and the set up was pretty easy. I did do some research into these things and the like so I got a hose to connect to the drainage immediately. No problems

Excellent unit that will cool a large room quietly and with comfort. It is also very durable. Depending on your window size, you may have to rework the window flanges.

The air conditioner is well-made and of excellent quality. The setup and installation instructions are easy to follow. Beyond being an air conditioner, it also functions as a fan, dehumidifier, and heater. It displays temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. A window is provided for connecting a hose for dehumidification. It's larger than I anticipated, yet quieter than I expected. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and would purchase it again.

I like it but sliders and hoses did not fit in my window because the hoses were too large and the slider too small. House was built in 1985. Cut 1 1/2 piece of wood to fit under the slider in the window to raise the hoses up to fit. Also, when box came in there was hole in it and the styrofoam fell apart in my hands. Other than those seem to work as stated. Does not come with a drain hose (1/2 inch). Will update if anything changes. Oh and bought the extended warranty because to me this was a big purchase.

So far so good- air blows up as opposed towards the middle the room for an immediate cool down. Will update again in 25 days - using it daily non stop.

I am so overjoyed that this beast dehumidies and cools so fast! I have both the Whynter 140000 and this one works faster and gets the temp colder and for a better price. LOVE IT!
