Clunky exhause hose

Overall very pleased with the unit. It is quiet and efficient. The only drawback is the clunky exhaust hose and fittings! After working hard to hook up everything, I had to resort to tape to hold it all together!

It works great just make sure it sits 24 hours before you use it.

I purchased this for my bedroom, and it has been working exceptionally well. It also saves on electricity because it automatically turns off and on. It has been running for four days now, and I haven’t had to empty it yet. I can control it remotely from my bed without pointing the remote directly at the air conditioner. I installed it myself without any issues. Just make sure not to overextend the hose, as I have a section that hasn’t been expanded.

Easy setup even for a first-timer

I've never owned a portable AC before, so I was worried about installation. The instructions were clear, and the window kit had everything I needed. I had it up and running in about 20 minutes.
