We used it this weekend and it ended up being great, but man, we had to guess at the instructions. They are terrible!Would have def been 5 stars otherwise bc the machine is commercial quality and worked great. But lack of understandable assembly, operating or cleaning instructions and recipes or any input on how/what to use for mixes was super disappointing.

This thing was a hit at the party! After reading that you had to maintain a good sugar/water ratio, everything worked out. It was not hard to assemble, especially after I throughly had to do a deep cleaning before the first use. Didn't take long before liquids began to ice. After using, I just pour in hot water and a little soap and ran it through to clean it, so not too bad.I like it. It's just really heavy, so make sure you have a least 2 strong lifters to move it around.
