Pops up quick. The instructions could be a bit better, but YouTube videos seem to fill in the gaps. This unit does come with an assortment of black bags but I'm still not clear what they are for. As for the the Gazebo itself, people where constantly coming up to our camp site asking where did we get it and how much it was.
