Heater works good! Put out good heat.

This is the actual part sold in dozens of other "branded" heaters. There is a one-star review helpfully showing the trouble they're experiencing. This was not my issue because I watched a great review prior to purchase by Joshua De Lisle on the Youtubes. The trick is to put the heater into its connection mode by pressing and holding the "right arrow" button on its controller until it displays "HFA" before connecting the remote by pressing the power and OK buttons simultaneously. Maybe this is being done and not working for them. In that case it's a bug. Return it. Mine works flawlessly and for $65 is perfect for needs.
