I didn't like it because it broke down out of nowhere and stopped working after only 4 months. At first, it was fine, but they are very responsible with their product warranty. It really works well, and if it breaks down prematurely, they kindly honor the warranty.

Easy to use and clean. Makes great ice cream. It's a little noisy but ALL ice cream makers are. You don't have to prefreeze anything which makes this the perfect ice cream machine. If you want ice cream you just make it. With the other machines you have to plan when you want ice cream because you have to freeze the container for 24hrs before you use it. Great gift!!

This beats the old style ice cream machine that requires adding ice and rock salt. It's super easy to use. Just add your ingredients and walk away. I've made more batches of ice cream since I bought this, than I have in the last 30 years combined!

We bought this for our barn when we have parties or events it’s fantastic! Works well it is a chore to use but worth it! Works well good quality! Cleans up fairly easily with water hose. Watch YouTube videos

For a 1600 dollar machine this ice cream machine works almost just like any other industrial ice cream machine would. There isn't any leaking, the belts are in good condition, the controls are easy to understand, it cools down quickly, and it doesn't use much power (for a soft serve machine of this caliber). On the other hand the instructions are not very detailed, and it's easy to see that whomever wrote them can't speak english very well. It also takes ALOT of water to clean thoroughly. In general I'd say that this machine is a very good purchase for any business owner looking for an affordable soft serve machine that can turn out around 8 to 10 cones at a time before cooling down again (about 1 minute for cool down). I'd say you could probably get a max of 500 cones out of it an hour if you were constantly working with it, but that's being pretty generous. Anyway I hope this review helps. I plan to provide another update with video after a month of use.
