Bamboo cutting board

I'm thinking of switching all my cutting boards over to bamboo and this was my first addition. The size is wonderful, nice and big, definitely large enough for a chicken or small turkey. So far the quality is great! Handwashing and air drying goes quite easily. And it's beautiful!
