Made ice cream and it is surprisingly quiet and made the first batch in 20 min and the next few baches in 15 minutes. Only wish is that the batches were larger. But can't complain with such a great price. And it makes a really smooth ice cream in a quick time.

I use this machine at my snowball stand, it's great, I've been using it for a few days now, it takes a while to clean it but it's very easy, I love my ice cream maker and my customers love it, it comes in a box and I give this machine 5 stars.

Great machine! I had one issue with the faceplate cracking but the team was very responsive in sending out a replacement part quickly! We use this for at home use and it fits easily on a normal countertop.

This beats the old style ice cream machine that requires adding ice and rock salt. It's super easy to use. Just add your ingredients and walk away. I've made more batches of ice cream since I bought this, than I have in the last 30 years combined!

This has been the hit of the party! Makes soft serve in under 15 minutes, easy to use, easy to clear but a bear to move! lol a unit this size isn’t made to be moved around, but this GMA bought it for grandkids graduation open houses! Quickly became the hit of the party! Only caution is getting adequate power without in fluctuation, that’s extremely important! It’s easy to adjust the density of the ice cream, and love the stay fresh feature! I would buy it again. This machine weighs 240#s, so think it through before you move it!

Makes great ice cream but it kept tripping our generator off during an event with our food vending trailer. The generator is 11,000 watts so there should be plenty of juice. The fluctuation of power draw when it's set for "soft" seems to cause this. A count down begins and trips off every 5 minutes. Annoying! When we set it to "hard" this didn't happen. (So far) (and the ice cream was fine) Also, there is not much room between the dispenser spout and front of the unit so I am unable to swirl a nice pretty stream of ice cream into a waffle bowl. The width of the bowl impedes maneuvering. I had to serve it in a random wild pattern in the bowl. Lol

Had 10 friends over last weekend, and this ice maker kept up the whole time. Ice stays cold, tastes fresh, and it’s not bulky at all. My go-to for gatherings now!

Not too pricey, but works like a champ. I use it for everything—iced coffee, frozen drinks, even keeping veggies cold. Ice doesn’t get rock-hard, and it’s super easy to take care of. Happy with it!
