Packaging is not very good. Actual product was dented in several places. This damage caused the gage to break away from the urn. However, the urn looked nice. Immediately began the return process. Rating is based upon shipment only.
Nice and great product
work non stop in my shop-no problem
I had purchased two of these, and they worked great for the function I needed them for. They heated up quickly, and the coffee was piping hot, and stayed that way for a long time too. Came packaged well, easy instructions, and set up.
Used this for an event at Christmas and it worked great. Will be ordering a second one soon. I highly recommend this product

We wanted something for family get-togethers, as the pot we have is a stove-top, takes forever to perk, and only makes about 2-3 mugs. This is perfect, but MUCH larger than expected (not the pot's fault...we should have read the description a bit closer). Anyway, we only used it once last summer for a patio party and it was perfect. The coffee was done in no time, was delicious, and even after sitting a while, still tasted great.
Directions are pointless but the coffee pot is nice.
