Other than the three speeds being pictures of the attachments and you have to learn which is which cause they are not in order from high to low speed. Bigger than expected but very sturdy. Really east to clean. Probably shouldn't change speed while running. Shut off the adjust speed. Not much room to pour into. But has the power to work great and mix well. Love the timer settings.

After burned down three mixers, I decided to look for a small commercial dough maker. I was not certain if this one could do the jobs well or not but I decided to give it a try.

To my surprise, it makes perfect dough. I have used it every other day to make bread for my family and friends since I received it a few weeks ago. I can now make bread like professional. This machine gives enough power to mix dough. I love its timer function. It is very easy to operate and clean. The only difficult part was to take it out from the box upon delivery. That was only because it was very heavy and was well protected inside of a wood box.

Great mixer. Perfect size. Hopefully it will last over the long haul.

As a small bakery business owner. This is the best mixer! I can easily get a batch of 5 dozen cookies in this thing with room for many more and prep 11 loaves of sourdough bread. I love how quiet this machine is as well. Especially for my late night baking sessions. This is also a breeze to clean. I would highly recommend this 15qt GARVEE Mixer. Its pretty self explanatory but you might need to youtube instructions as it doesn't come with very clear ones.

This is a nice mixer and the bowl is huge so it can whip a 25lb batch of dough up with ease for the money this is a great machine. The Seller went above and beyond in setting things right with Garvee after a 3rd party delivery company really messed the machine up.

Todo llegó bien perfectamente, solo que el tazón donde va la masa venía oxidado como que ya lo habían usado antes o no se pero eso fue lo único lo demás llegó bien y funciona bien .

So I measured 30 qts to the brim, and am satisfied on the size.The handle is the only thing you need to attach, and that is a simple screw used as a compression to the bar it slips over. Mixer won’t start unless all the way up and stop button released (stop button needs to be turned clockwise in order to be released after being pushed).
