I bought this for home use, family of six. It is amazing in that context, I can’t speak to how it would hold up in a commercial setting but it seems to be the same type of machine I’ve used in past restaurant jobs. I’m very pleased, it works very well and is very easy to clean.

Super easy to use! Definitely had to YouTube it. Wister instruction were more detail, but definitely follow destruction to make sure to run the machine properly.

Using it now for my business. And the service is real fast to respond and helpful to get set up. Very small counter space required.

This machine makes a very nice soft serve. We bought it for our vegan soft serve option since it is a low-volume product and the resulting soft serve is creamy and perfect. Very quiet, too, and doesn't add too much heat to our small shop. My only complaint is the user manual. It was obviously translated by machine (or someone for whom English is a fifth language) from Chinese to English. The resulting translation is too literal, and has poor grammar. It is very had to follow and understand. I was able to figure everything out after working with the machine for a few hours, though. Might I suggest giving us the Chinese user manual too so that we can translate it using the more superior online translation tools that are available.

This machine is easy to use and clean. Only wish is that the batches were larger. But can't complain with such a great price. And it makes a really smooth ice cream in a quick time.

Bought this to donate to a church for their functions.They love it and said it works great for their needs.Freezes quickly and is able to keep up with their functions, usually around30 people

I am a teacher and there are two or three times in a year where I will rent a machine for fundraisers or for class parties. This machine is priced better than renting the machine three times. And it works great with the premixed stuff.

I decided to give it a try, now I’ve not even used it for a week yet but instantly I love the fact it is quiet, can’t hardly hear it. It is easy to set up and use.

It was very stressful the first time I tried it. The machine is heavy and it takes two people to move it and lift it up on a table or cabinet. About 15 minutes after pouring in the mix, the mixture was ready to be served. It takes a while to wait, depending on the ambient temperature. It is easy to clean with warm water. Once the ice-cream is molded, you can enjoy a delicious ice-cream, a great shopping experience.
