OMG buying this soft serve ice cream machine was a great decision. We like to have ice cream socials with our friends. The clearance sale price was such a great deal!.

I went back and forth on getting this or something cheaper. I’m glad I just said **** it and splurged. So worth it. We will have a house full of kid's this summer and in the meantime my husband and I are loving it. I had to tell him I was only making ice cream once a week our waist can’t handle it…it’s so good!

Ok the machine isn’t white but silver. It’s covered in a white wrap for shipping.The manual is pretty good for detail. It explains all the different ways you can damage it. Very helpful and overwhelming but appreciated . However it doesn’t tell you how to properly assemble it. For example the screws to hold the handle bar in place have two shorter and two longer . The first few times I ran it, it was leaking out ice cream from the sides (pictured showed) I realized the longer screws go on top and shorter on bottom and that fixed it .For my dislikes, is cleaning it. You do need to take all the parts out to sanitize each time after the day of use (like any other machine) but the parts are not easy to pull out and I took a picture as shown, their are little black rubber disk on each side of all 3 handles and no replacements. I’m nervous each time if one is going to pop off and roll away, while cleaning it each day. Another dislike is you need at least 14 servings of ice cream in each hopper so it doesn’t beep that your hopper is lacking product. So you will always loose at least 20 servings. (Not sure what the normal is). The handle doesn’t retract up automatically so you do need to be aware and pull it up.I do love the screen, very user friendly and I can make changes to the hardness of the ice cream or how often it will kick back on to keep ice cream cool.It can easily make 5 ice creams back to back and can regenerate in about a minute. Over all very happy with it so far but still trouble shooting a little.

Easy to use and clean. Makes great ice cream. It's a little noisy but ALL ice cream makers are. You don't have to prefreeze anything which makes this the perfect ice cream machine. If you want ice cream you just make it. With the other machines you have to plan when you want ice cream because you have to freeze the container for 24hrs before you use it. Great gift!!
