12Lx2 500W Commercial Slushy/Margarita Machine, Food-Grade

Received the unit well packaged in the wooden crate. Cleaned the machine and set it back up, adjusted the settings to -6.5 slush. Mixed 2 gallons of cold water with 5 gallons of mix and 2 liters of rum, 27 minutes later we had amazing consistency slushies! Really impressed with the quality and ease of use.

The Machine works great as soon as you figure out how to make it work! The instructions don't explain how to install or change settings!

The Margarita Girl staff was very responsive when I had questions before buying the product. I was concerned about the shipping aspect of a prodcut this heavy. It arrived on a pallet, undamaged. We were able to find different flavored syrups for the machine very easily online. As recommended by others, you do have to play around to find the right ratios of syrup to water to get the consistency you prefer. I would recommend you give it a good cleaning after each use to avoid the stickiness that could build up after each use.

The first machine I owned gave me lots of problems for 1 year, it was almost un-enjoyable to use. I was finally able to get some help from the folks at Margarita girl after leaving unfavorable feedback on google, contacting them via email was not working. The owner actually reached out and once the negative feedback was left, I explained the issues I was having she agreed that it was unacceptable. I think there may have been a breakdown in communication internally at the office. The owner offered to replace the machine, I accepted and got another machine that was not working correctly either. Again, I sent videos of the machine back to the office, they decided to help and drive another new machine to me thinking there was a possibility of it being damaged in transit. I was very grateful for this kind of customer service. In the meantime, while waiting for the 3rd machine, I was able to fix the new machine (2nd) I got by adjusting a limit switch on the back of the machine. It has been working very well since fixing that small issue. I don't feel I should have had to fix a new machine, but I am very glad that Margarita Girl was willing to do everything in their power to help and make me a happy customer. I would purchase from them again knowing that they are a small business and went above and beyond to help with the issues after getting in touch with the right people!

Great margarita machine! Doesn't take up too much room! Perfect for parties but also allows you to make a smaller amount for just a few.

For piece its not bad machine. One was returned. Replacement was good. I use it in the mobile truck. If its too hot its not making ice but its normal. Sometimes its giving error and when you restart the machine its fine after that. Bad part is not parts you can purchase if you need it. I havent need yet. Its working so far 3 months every day average 8 hours with no problem. Its easy to open and install. Lights at the lids is plus.

This machine freezes fast. I purchased for home use. The only problem I had was getting the tanks to lock the feet over the ledge. After 3 full tanks on the floor I was able to get the tank locked. It took about 45 mins to break down clean and reassemble. You can put bottle coke in the machine. I also mixed sweetened coffee with flavored creamer it was delicious. I did leave it running the first night on drink and in the morning switched to freeze. So far I'm very happy with the machine. It doesn't have very good instructions. I haven't got into the temperature settings yet. I would recommend 2 tanks so many flavors to choose from. I have had the machine a year now. You can change the settings to get it to freeze better. But you can't purchase gaskets after the warranty is out . I have shopped for days for the gaskets. I guess my next step is to try to have them made. Amazon does sell a auger gasket that works and you can find the tank gasket but the spout I haven't found one that will fits. I took plumber's tape and put in the spout gasket and it worked. It's a great machine but no parts. Garvee would sell more machines if instructions were clear and sold parts . Mine has run day and night for a year. I put it on drink when not in use . It freezes fast my settings are set on 1.8 and 2.0.
