I love it, it works great you need it if you love slushys like me, wow you will love it.

I've been using the 12L X2 slush machine in my food truck for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier! This machine freezes slush quickly, making it perfect for serving up refreshing treats during hot days. The 6.4-gallon capacity allows me to offer multiple flavors simultaneously without constant refilling, which is a huge time saver during busy hours. I found that the slush consistency is spot on every time, whether I’m using soda, fruit juices, or mixing in different flavored syrups. The setup was straightforward, but I did spend some time figuring out the best way to lock the tanks in place. Overall, this machine has exceeded my expectations!

I purchased the 12L X2 Smoothie Maker and it is a great addition to my cafe! It freezes drinks quickly and satisfies customers' needs for smoothies and frozen cocktails. The downside is that the instructions are not very detailed. At first, I struggled a bit with the temperature settings, but after much trial and error, I found the best place to freeze. My only surprise was that the supplier provided replacement parts for the rubber rings and lubricating paste; I'm sure this machine would have performed better if the manufacturer had provided clearer instructions!

Received the unit well packaged in the wooden crate. Cleaned the machine and set it back up, adjusted the settings to -6.5 slush. Mixed 2 gallons of cold water with 5 gallons of mix and 2 liters of rum, 27 minutes later we had amazing consistency slushies! Really impressed with the quality and ease of use.

The Machine works great as soon as you figure out how to make it work! The instructions don't explain how to install or change settings!

The first machine I owned gave me lots of problems for 1 year, it was almost un-enjoyable to use. I was finally able to get some help from the folks at Margarita girl after leaving unfavorable feedback on google, contacting them via email was not working. The owner actually reached out and once the negative feedback was left, I explained the issues I was having she agreed that it was unacceptable. I think there may have been a breakdown in communication internally at the office. The owner offered to replace the machine, I accepted and got another machine that was not working correctly either. Again, I sent videos of the machine back to the office, they decided to help and drive another new machine to me thinking there was a possibility of it being damaged in transit. I was very grateful for this kind of customer service. In the meantime, while waiting for the 3rd machine, I was able to fix the new machine (2nd) I got by adjusting a limit switch on the back of the machine. It has been working very well since fixing that small issue. I don't feel I should have had to fix a new machine, but I am very glad that Margarita Girl was willing to do everything in their power to help and make me a happy customer. I would purchase from them again knowing that they are a small business and went above and beyond to help with the issues after getting in touch with the right people!

The Margarita Girl staff was very responsive when I had questions before buying the product. I was concerned about the shipping aspect of a prodcut this heavy. It arrived on a pallet, undamaged. We were able to find different flavored syrups for the machine very easily online. As recommended by others, you do have to play around to find the right ratios of syrup to water to get the consistency you prefer. I would recommend you give it a good cleaning after each use to avoid the stickiness that could build up after each use.
