The product is poor-quality
It was impossible to assemble and use.
Horrible value and over-priced
The product does not perform as described.
The customer service was terrible, unhelpful, and eager to just waste the customer time.

No manual with it. screws are in metric and standard. Almost impossible to change out. Would not buy again.
