Crooks! Scams!! Bait and switch! Buyer beware!!

Paid for the more expensive sturdier stanchions. They sent us the cheapest ones from the website. I have called multiple times to request a refund. Person on the phone is polite and assures me that they will send return labels then we get an email that is clearly written by AI that gives us a bunch of hoops to jump through. We have jumped through those hoops three times only to be told to do it again. I would never buy from this company again and I will be sure to review them on every available platform to save others from this fate. I lost $170. Don’t let it happen to you.
