Excellent deep fryer — powerful and easy to use
I’m really impressed with this electric deep fryer. Its large capacity is perfect for cooking big batches, great for family meals or gatherings. The stainless steel design looks professional and makes cleaning super easy. It heats up quickly, keeps the temperature steady, and fries food to a perfect golden crisp while staying juicy inside. The temperature control is accurate and the build feels safe and solid. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen!

Love this thing, the ease of setting the temp and not have to watch it. Large in size, have used it several times with no issues and works like a champ.

I went through 12 fryers to put in my moms food trailer to keep up with the orders, the other ones had no temperature control and when we got busy the temperature of the frying oil would not stay consistent and had our customers waiting long for their food, but this fryer is amazing I highly recommend it to anyone with high paced orders. Five stars! ⭐️

This is a large deep fryer for home use. Especially useful are the oil drains in the front. Really makes clean up a lot easier. The control panel and heating elements tilt up to allow oil to drip off prior to removal for cleaning. The control panel and heating elements can be removed completely which aids in clean up. Overall happy with this purchase.

I can’t say if it will last, I’ve only had a short time, but here is what I can say. I have cooked wings and fries;I bought to cook my own wings; in canola oil. Best fries I’ve ever had, crispy on outside and soft potato’s on inside. The wings I cooked were better than I order out. Some advice, wait for oil to get up to temp, before dropping wings in or they will not come out right. I set timer for 10 minutes for wings and used butter/Franks hot sauce. Perfect!

After purchasing a less expensive, flimsy deep fryer that didn't heat ups, we decided to spend the extra money to purchase this deep fryer. It's heavy duty, heats up quickly, has a large basket, and is easy to clean. You can leave the oil in it for several uses before you need to drain and clean it so we aren't going through as much oil as we used to when we used a dutch oven for frying. The temperature dial isn't super precise so the first time I used it I took some temperatures with a candy thermometer just to know what the temperature of the oil was and know I know where I need to set it to get the right temperature. And the drain is getting a bit clogged so I need to find a flexible brush or something to clean it out. But that being said, having a drain on it is really helpful to get the oil out when you want to clean it. It fits on the counter and we've used it a lot since we purchased it. Food cooks quickly and evenly. Now we don't have to go out for wings, fries, etc. and it's been fun to experiment with recreating food we've had in restaurants.

Bought this for commercial use. Heats up canola oil in about ten minutes and stays hot. Fries take about five minutes, poppers take ten. Super easy to use - just one dial. The whole assembly comes apart so it's very easy to clean. The housing metal is a little thin though.

This fryer means business. Each tank holds a big batch and the dual cylinder setup lets you cook multiple items at once without flavor mixing. The temperature control and timer are straightforward, and the heating is fast and consistent. It’s overkill for casual home use, but for events, food trucks, or deep fry fanatics, this is a beast.

I tested this fryer carefully and found some issues. Even though the thermostat goes up to 390°F and the indicator light shuts off as if it has reached that temperature, several thermometers showed the oil never got past 330°F. That was disappointing, especially when I needed higher heat. I was in a bind and had to use it anyway, and to its credit, it did fry the food well once it got going.

However, I don’t know what they mean by “rapid heating.” With the oil filled to the max, it took nearly a full hour to reach its peak temperature, which is far from quick. Overall, it works, but it doesn’t deliver on temperature accuracy or heating speed.

I pursued this product months ago. I assembled it, and didn’t use it for a while.
When I did finally used it, the product worked great. Temperature rises quickly and it’s a nice size for family fish fry’s, which is why I purchased it.
