Customer service and support is without a doubt the best.The wires during the lift position got caught and ripped out of the motor. Thinking I could fix it I broke parts of the motor trying to get the casing off.Within a week I had the new motor and with the video they sent me I had the motor installed without any issues. Even tho it was our fault the chair was only 6 months old they sent everything free of charge.Oh and the chair is awesome and works great.

Good comfortable chair feel sturdy but it slides back to the wall too easily and the arms give me trouble. Still I'm very happy that I have it to you now
