I own a two-bay repair shop and this Garvee compressor has become a go-to. Techs like it because it’s fast and doesn’t wear you out on busy suspension days.
This unit does a fantastic job. It makes changing struts a five minute job, after you get them off the vehicle of course. I was surprised that the F-150 used the smaller of the spring adapters, but operation was flawless and far above the bolt style spring compressor I used on a previous job. I feel that for safety and peace of mind, it was money well spent.
