I ordered this bird cage for Parakeet hatch-lings I will soon have. The bird cage has to be assembled but it was very easy to put together.Included with the bird cage is a detailed instruction manual with clear step by step drawings. It took me about one hour to put the bird cage together while watching a movie on my TV. Also supplied with the bird cage are 4 plastic wheels (two of which are locking), two wood pegs for birds to stand on, four stainless steel feeding / water dishes, a green hanging rope, hex type bolts, nuts, and a hex wrench. You will need to have a Phillips screwdriver (not included) for attaching one of the wood pegs to the bird cage frame.Once put together the bird cage has a solid well built feel to it. The black color paint finish with gold speckles on it looks very nice, it looks like a custom paint job. The bird cage is easy to move around on it's plastic wheels (two of the wheels are a locking type). Everything fit perfectly together following the included instructions. I would like to note that as you follow each step in the instructions, don't fully tighten the the bolts until you complete that step, it makes it easier to assemble the bird cage making sure it is square.Overall this is a very nice bird cage, all the parts fit together well and it looks great once it's put together. I'm very glad I ordered this bird cage and highly recommend it. A solid five stars.
This cage is fantastic for my two African Greys! The 60-inch height gives them plenty of vertical space to climb and play, and the playtop area has become their favorite hangout spot. The wrought iron construction feels incredibly solid and secure. The four stainless steel bowls are high-quality and easy to clean, and having multiples means I can rotate food and water easily. The rolling stand is sturdy and makes it simple to move the cage for cleaning.The assembly took about an hour, but the instructions were clear. The spacing between bars is appropriate for larger birds, and all the doors lock securely. The black finish looks sleek and professional. For the size and quality, this is an excellent value compared to pet store prices. My birds are noticeably happier with all the extra space!
Got this for the imaginary rabbit I haven’t actually adopted yet. Cage is massive, sturdy, and doesn’t collapse under the weight of, well… nothing. Comes with four stainless steel bowls, a couple of wooden bars, a ladder, and wheels that roll smoothly even across my floor. Basically, it’s ready for a tiny roommate that may or may not ever show up, which somehow feels very on brand.Assembly was fine. The metal is solid, the coating feels durable, and the tray slides out easily for cleaning—though, again, nothing has actually needed cleaning yet. The top play area seems overkill for my nonexistent critter, but if it ever arrives, I guess it’ll have plenty of room to flail around in style. Security mechanisms and doors all work, which is reassuring if only theoretically.All in all, it’s just a cage that is exactly what it says it is. Does it do anything magical for imaginary pets? Not really. But it’s well made, functional, and ready whenever the rabbit—or bird, or whatever—decides to appear. Would I buy it again? Sure. Or maybe not. Honestly, it doesn’t matter.
