Independent control, very convenient

I live in Texas where the summers are brutal, and this system keeps my garage workshop and office super cool even on 100°F days. Each indoor unit works independently, so I can adjust temps in different rooms. The 28,000 BTU compressor handles both zones without breaking a sweat. Energy bills are lower too totally worth it.

Best AC investment we’ve made

After dealing with uneven cooling from our old window units, this 28000BTU split AC is a lifesaver. The two 12k indoor units cover our master bedroom and home office perfectly. Cools down both rooms from 85°F to 70°F in under 20 mins. Love the independent controls—keep the office cooler during work hours without freezing the bedroom. Outdoor unit’s durable too; survived a storm with no issues. Quiet, efficient, and reliable—5 stars easy.

Solid performer for multi-room cooling​

Was hesitant about a multi-split system, but this one won me over. Our living room and master bedroom are on opposite ends, and the 28000BTU outdoor unit keeps up with both 12k units no problem. Installers said the setup was straightforward, took 3 hours. Runs quietly enough that I don’t hear it while watching TV or sleeping. Electric bill didn’t spike as much as I feared way better than running two window units.​

Worth buying

We use this to cool a finished basement and a guest room upstairs. The compressor outside runs quiet, and both 12k indoor units deliver strong cooling. Took about 6 hours to install with some help. WiFi control would’ve been nice, but for the price, the performance is solid. It’s been running daily this summer without issues.
