Garvee Ride - G Series: 24V Electric Go Kart, with 300W Strong Motor, Drift/Sport Mode, Big Battery, Eva Tire,Length Adjustment for Outdoor Racing Toy-Red

I bought one for my 6 yo son. He loved it and he was very careful with it. He never ran it into anything or rode over rough terrain. But 34 days after we purchased it, the batteries stopped charging and a grinding sound starting coming from one of the motors. I contacted support about it and after slow correspondence, they sent me a new battery and disregarding the grinding noise. This was super unhelpful, because the go-kart has two batteries and there was no way to know which was bad. Changing the battery was a pain in the neck, and it didn’t solve any of our issues. Not to mention, the cables were glued to the old battery and Garvee was unwilling to provide new glue or instructions on how to swap the battery. I complained again about both the charging and the grinding. This time they sent me a new motor. But again, no instructions. Changing the motor was an even bigger pain in the neck than changing the batteries. Even after that motor change, the issues still weren’t resolved and I complained again. They sent me another battery. I replaced the other battery. Still having the same issues. It’s now been three months of slow correspondence and repairs. My son asks me nearly every day when he can ride his go-kart again and it sparks the frustration anew because I don’t have a good answer for him. The only thing I know for sure about this go-kart is that it is cheaply made, and support is unknowledgeable about their own product, and therefore super unhelpful.
Save yourself $300. This kart is not worth it. Worst product experience I’ve had in a really, really long time.

This was a great Christmas purchase! It is good quality and even my 16 yr old can use it! Love the drifting and the controls for high and low speeds. It exceeded our expectations.

I was actually very impressed with the product when I got it. Also it didn't ship out right away and the team made sure I got it before Easter! It can be fun for the whole family as long as you're under 150 lbs. I originally was looking at Power Wheels but my son is going to be 12 this year and he would have outgrew it. This is a good choice for older kids.

My daughter loves this Go Kart. She said it's the perfect fit for her and she enjoys how fast it goes. My daughter says it runs really well and is easy to navigate. This Go Kart also plays music (tunes) and the horn works as well. This also rides well in the grass I do have a video, but I am only allowed to upload 1 video. This really is a fun gift to give any kid. They will love it!
