The rail is great but dont be fooled by the picture. The wrap isn't that long. It is only about 2' long and doesn't cover the whole rail like it shows. I had to order an 8' wrap to cover the whole rail.

Best decision I made, very sturdy and supportive - contemplating ordering another like our neighbor hasfirst picture is ours , 2nd picture is hers.Easy to install but we did rent a hammer drill from Home depot to drill thru the concrete - Hand rail is of good quality and very stirdy

Now that I'm getting older, I now need a handrail so wife (and me) can get out of the pool easily.This one is the perfect height and length.My deck is concrete, so that is always a challenge, but I have various concrete drill bits that made fairly short work of it. I was not able to use the 12 mm bit provided as it requires as SDS chuck. (And it is a different size than my SDS chuck.The bolts are metric, but the hole size in the mounting plate allowed match drilling with a 3/8 inch bit to mark the locations. I also used a 1/4 inch bit to quickly drill a pilot hole and then a 1/2 inch instead of the 12 mm (0.472 inch) bit. The bolts still fit tightly and I had to use my 1/2 inch breaker bar with a 13 mm socket to install the bolts. They did supply a wrench, but I couldn't come close to generating the required torque with it.The railing is in 3 pieces that are assembled with 6 beveled screws and the screwdriver/wrench combo supplied. Once I was able to get them started, they could easily be finger tightened all the way.Using the screwdriver to do final tightening only required an 1/8 to 1/4 turn to fully tighten.

This handrail was easy to install and provides a safe and sturdy support for swimmers. Everything you need is included. I would strongly recommend using a socket to bolt it in place, rather than the small wrench that comes with it.

Not to hard to install. Didn't have to drain my pool down. But a little wobbly, just from the connected pieces. Holds well to walk up stairs.

Love it. Woks as it should be easy installation.

We wanted just a small assist to get in and out of the pool without it being too intrusive. This turned out to be just the right size for our pool and its a great addition

We are impressed. It's a commercial grade device. Thick and perfectly welded. Be true on your holes because otherwise you'll be elongating. Wrap is nice too. Should last a few years in the Florida sun inside the lanai. Zero deflection when trying. Very strong. Tie the Hindenburg to it kind of strong.

The drill bit that comes with this has a square shank, so it doesn't work easily with standard drill/driver. It also drills a hole that is smaller than the anchor points, so you have to bore out the hole a little more to get the anchors into place. We anchored 2 into brick and 2 into concrete along our pool edge, all 4 locations feeling very secure.Aside from the drilling, everything else went really well, the end result looks pretty professional and feels very sturdy. I'm not sure if the anchors/bolts are stainless or zinc coated steel, and I don't love the white bolt head caps, but I think they are there as a protection to your feet in case you step on one. The blue rail cover velcros into place, it was also easily installed [sorry, no picture of that].
