I ordered it for my 89 yr old dad, he was having mobility issues getting up out of his lazy boy chair. I'm very thankful for this chair because now he's able to get up and on to his walker without slipping or falling. The remote, reclining, two cupholders and the heating is great!! He hasn't used the vibration. You would never believe a chair that big comes in such a tiny box. Excellent product!! It was an outstanding buy and don't doubt for a second in buying this chair!!

I believe this chair does a good job of being packed well, easy to assemble in under 30 minutes, comfortable armrest that aren’t under padded, and above all else easy to get out of!The quality of the outer fabric is superb. I’ve had to clean it twice since it arrived. I did initially put scotch guard in high wear areas simply because I know my father. He had a stroke over a year ago and is still needing help around the house this chair gives him mobility freedom.The size is ample for somebody who is around 300 pounds too. My father is 6'1" and the chair fits nicely. Any taller and you'd lose neck support big time. The pillow would benefit from a silicone or Velcro adjustable strap not just elastic which will stretch out.I want to mention that this chair cushion(with what I believe are encase inner spring coils) that you have to stuff/assemble into the seat is very stiff. I know it's a preference but worth noting! All the areas that need to be stuffed after arrival: armrests/seat have a strong interface type fabric but the zippers are lackluster.

I ordered the GARVEE Power Lift Recliner Chair - Heat and Massage PU Leather in dark grey. It arrived in one heavy box. Assembly was straightforward. I had more trouble getting everything out from under the chair in the box than the assembly itself. The chair is excellent quality, especially for this price range. The seams are very well done. The Velcro is wide and strong. The side arms, bottom, and back have zippers where you insert stuffing. This means that if later on you want to upgrade the stuffing, you will have easy access.The lift works slowly and flawlessly. It is very quiet. The size is just right for me; for context, I am 5' 2" and 170 pounds. It is very comfortable. You may need a power strip for the two power cords since the length is about 6 feet. They are not 3-pronged. We used raceway covers (ASIN B07M9VLH4J) to hide the cords so they weren't a tripping hazard and the cats can't chew them up. The remote cords are long for easy access. I wired it so one remote was on each side, hidden in the side pocket when not in use. Overall, this power lift recliner is an excellent buy.
