Love this chair!

Low love this chair, it rocks, it swivels, reclines and the bonus of it massaging and heating is wonderful!!! Love the pink!! My husband had no issues assembling it either.

Everything is as they promised, except the massage thing, it vibrate. But everything else I love it..

Comfort but not easy to assemble arms

I love the look and comfort of this chair. The assembly of the arms however was difficult. The handles attached that you pull to extend the arms was hard to click and one of the arms does not stay. Nevertheless, it is comfortable and has a lot of padding.on the arms. My son assisted me in installing all components of the chair. It is hard to pull out from the lever provided to recline the chair. I would prefer it not be located on the inside of the chair arm. I am giving it a four only because of comfort and the swivel. I would only recommend it for that reason. Difficulty of use is about a 3. The material is good quality and the color pink is perfect as pictured. The rocking. And swivel feature is also a plus The remote for vibration and heat feature works well. Overall 4. If someone knows how to keep the arm extended let me know.
