It’s small but exactly the size as stated. It’s not real heavy duty but I expect it will perform a long time very well for what I expect which is to supplement my very large heavy duty tool box that’s much too large to be moving around my shop when I wish my job was closer to the tool box . I plan on keeping a small supply tools that I use often and to have ,an all be it small, work space, the top of the toolbox, to place things or work on them. The toolbox is built very well with spot welds and thread inserts. It’s sturdy, the drawers open and close smoothly , it has a very nice finish with a highly polished aluminum trim on the drawer handles. The casters roll very nicely with two of them locking in position if you want them to. The pull handle fastens on very securely. I am very satisfied with this tool box, I can understand that someone who didn’t consider the dimensions in the description might open the shipping box and not be happy, but right now I’m thinking strongly on buying at least one more for replacing the cardboard boxes I have my gunsmith tools in.

Good size, although another drawer would've made this much better since I could not fit a few more tools. Bottom drawer rubs against the bottom with just a moderate number of tools in it. I would be willing to pay a bit more for that extra drawer.

This was a great purchase. Fit my needs exactly. I was expecting it to come as a multi-piece kit but just the push handle and wheels were all that it needed to be complete.

Overall, the chest functions well. The drawers roll smoothly. The one negative is that I had trouble with the lock. When I initially unboxed the tool chest, the lock was jammed in the locked position. I rolled the chest on its side and then on its back. Finally the lock would rotate enough to release. Once the chest was upright on its wheels, the lock will no longer engage. I decided that the ability to lock the chest was not required in my circumstances (using it at home, without any small children present). Therefore, I decided not to return it. No other issues since setting it up.
