Ours arrived well packed with no damage. I appreciated that the parts and hardware are well labeled. If you have put together IKEA items then you should be fine. We did accidentally destroy the center divider when a knee knocked into it during assembly (total user error, but the material was not forgiving). Took 2 of us about 2.5 hrs. to complete. Carefully read the instructions. Got caught in a couple of spots, but after re-examining the diagrams we got it right. Will add some shelf protectors on the exposed top and the built-in shelves to prevent potential water damage. Has good storage capacity for smaller-sized shoes (men's size 10 is probably the biggest you can store without sliding them in crooked). Looks great and very functional.
The quality of this shoe cabinet is outstanding. It's made of sturdy materials that feel very durable. The metal legs provide good support, and I'm confident it will last for years.

We keeps our by the front door. I have a no shoes in the house policy. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The pockets are deep enough to fix 6 pairs of my shoes. I like the bottom shelf option, which works perfectly for my husbands clown shoes lol.
Once put together, it looks pretty nice and it's quite sturdy. Makes squeaking noises when opening/closing but I'm going to try and fix that on my own. The thing is a BEAST to put together. I'm fairly handy, and this thing took 4 hours to assemble. The instructions aren't hard by any means, it's just a long and arduous process. I'm a size 12, so my shoes have to really squeeze in. The wife's shoes fit no problem.But overall, good for the price.
