1st order was missing directions and customer service never reached out to resolve the issues (saying they would resolve the issue), but garvee came to the rescue to save the day and got me a new one. After being able to use the directions to put it together, im really happy with the product. Replaced the wheels because it continued to move with the stopper on the wheels activated when the dogs itched

I love it. It was easy to assemble good quality. My dog loves it too. He didn’t want to be on his other crate but this one he likes. I love that it has the divider and I could divide it since my fur baby is expecting babies. I can put them there apart from him.

I ordered this kennel in preparation for a new puppy. I normally don't purchase products without reviews, but I'm so glad I ordered it. The sliding door which makes entry/exit easy was a desired feature. This type of door allows a safe way to leave the door open without causing a trip hazzard. Also, I like that it has wheels to make cleaning easier. The product is very good quality and seems sturdy. It took 2 adults 1.5 hours to assemble. The assembly instructions were clear except for the final steps, which could use a couple more blow up diagrams. There are no instructions about adding the divider, but it was straightforward to figure out, even though we decided not to use it. My only concern is durability of the sliding door. Time will tell. We don't have the puppy yet, but the product got two paws up from the family cats.

My dog recently decided she was not going to be stopped getting into the litter box. We didn't have anywhere else to locate it, so I needed a solution that kept the litter box accessible for cleaning and cat access, but not for dogs. I had to drill one extra hole to lock the sliding door in a partially open position (cats access it from behind the cabinet in the photo)For flat packed furniture this is excellent. If you need to keep a dog in here who does not enjoy being created, you may need to upgrade the door clasp. I did get the lock installed si that we cash lock it from the top, but the hinge that came with it wasn't going to work for is, so I omitted it. It looks really nice and it's a great solution to keep your dogs out of the cat bathroom!

I was a little worried reading some of the review…. But I absolutely love this cage. I wanted something that would look nice in our living room, and this definitely looks great…. It did take my husband and I a little over an hour to get it put together… but we got slowed down when “he” put a couple pieces on wrong… easy fix though… the instructions are pictures… and they really are clear…. Sorta…. It just takes a minute to figure them out… but once we did, putting it together was pretty easy… and I’m so amazed how much my puppy loves it… she’s had a regular metal cage for 7 months, and you would think she knows this is a better “home” for her…. The door stays open for her during the time we are all home, and she will often just go in and lay in her bed…This is very well made… and looks beautiful…. I love that the top has a portion that opens from the top too… we love it.

Package arrived in a timely manner. Item came in a big box secured and very sturdy with all the pieces inside along with the manual. It does take 2 people to built like the manual stated. All tools are included along with all the screws. It took me and my husband about an hour and half to finish. It was worth the investment and also it looks great in home. The wheels at the bottom make it easy for us to move the doggy house in different areas of our home. Best of all my doggy loved it. Would recommend.

My sweet, old lady just got an upgrade, and she loves it! My 3 year old loves that he can open and close the door to let his dog out!

It was super easy to assemble, very sturdy, large compared to your average crate for a 40lb pup, and basically the same cost as a large metal crate. It matches all of our living room / kitchen furniture. I am OBSESSED with this piece and very happy with the purchase. It isn’t thin & cheap like what you would expect for the price. Much better than Ikea furniture. Our girl is happy too. Spruce it up & blend it in with your own touch. Add a nice thick padding or blanket for the bottom and your pup will be very happy! Highly recommend. Considering purchasing a second for our bedroom at night in a different color to match our room.

I have had other dog crates but this has been the biggest hit amongst my boxers! Looks great in my living room more of a piece of furniture, easy to assemble and good quality.
