Other than the three speeds being pictures of the attachments and you have to learn which is which cause they are not in order from high to low speed. Bigger than expected but very sturdy. Really east to clean. Probably shouldn't change speed while running. Shut off the adjust speed. Not much room to pour into. But has the power to work great and mix well. Love the timer settings.
After burned down three mixers, I decided to look for a small commercial dough maker. I was not certain if this one could do the jobs well or not but I decided to give it a try.
To my surprise, it makes perfect dough. I have used it every other day to make bread for my family and friends since I received it a few weeks ago. I can now make bread like professional. This machine gives enough power to mix dough. I love its timer function. It is very easy to operate and clean. The only difficult part was to take it out from the box upon delivery. That was only because it was very heavy and was well protected inside of a wood box.
