I wanted a runner for a hallway. This could be longer but fits perfectly otherwise.It is lighter weight than I expected but that isn't a problem. The rug stays in place even when the creature in the second photo is tearing up and down the hallway.I haven't had a spill yet so I can't say how easily it will clean but water does tend to stay on top when I did a little test. And it will fit into the washing machine if needed.

Very nice rug runner, colors of the grey are very true to the photos in the listing, The rug is soft and feels good underfoot, however, because it is a washable rug, it is thinner than a normal runner. It laid nicely immediately after opening with only a couple of the folds being visible, and they were gone within a couple of hours after laying it out. I have not washed it yet, but if there are any issues after washing, I will update my review.

I think this runner is priced affordably, as well, I love the pattern and the color. And it’s VERY slip resistant. But… it is quite thin. In fact, it arrived in the brown Prime packaging I placed on the runner (all 8’ x 2’ of it!!). I feel no difference walking from the runner to our tiled floor in the bathroom, where it will be used to safely get out of the shower. And, so far, it’s served that purpose quite well.. I am concerned however about the wash ability. It’s advertised as being washable, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see. After washing it, I’ll update my rating, if I remember (lol). I feel comfortable recommending this item for use as a bathroom runner, or anywhere you’d be concerned about slipping and falling . If it were more substantial I’d have it in my foyer.Jan 6 2025 Review Update:At first I was skeptical of the low profile of this carpet. I have since learned to appreciate its low profile! As previously mentioned, the runner is being used in our master bathroom in front of the walk-in shower, for comfort and to prevent slipping when getting out. There is a closet at each end of the shower and because of the profile there’s no problem opening and closing the closet doors! I have also learned it is difficult to vacuum with our more powerful regular household vacuum, naturally the runner would easily get sucked up into the device. So we use our lightweight cordless stick vacuum on it with no problems.

I have a white with gray marbled tile floor in my bathroom and was looking to replace the small throw rugs I had in front of my double sinks. I wanted something that contrasted well with the floor and cabinetry. I love this rug. It has great style and is well made. The pattern is a bit different from many other rugs I've looked at. It is still a traditional pattern but more transitional in style. My only wish is that it would come in smaller sizes as I have a small area outside my shower door I would love to have a companion rug.

This is a very stately looking runner. I chose the 2x8 foot which gives it more substance than the 2x6 I think and fits my hallway well.We love walking on this barefoot as it's so soft. Love that it is machine washable as we have animals that are already sleeping happily on this rug!

Love that it’s washable. It’s held up well so far, I’m happy with it.
