Product with no service

The product was very good quality and the plans to assemble were just pictures no words but manageable however the delivery was very questionable said it would be delivered on the first of May however not to be , saying it’s out for delivery and product was even in area ?? Finally arrived May 7th , very disappointed in the run around from your company!

El Gazebo esta bueno lindo y grande , todas las piezas vinieron sin faltar ninguna , pero no enviaron el manual de instalación, tuve que llamar a la compañía del fabricante y me lo enviaron por correo electrónico. Pero ya cuando lo enviaron ya lo había ensamblando , con un poco de imaginación y viendo videos en YouTube

Excellent value for the cost.

Excellent quality construction. Wasn’t hard to assemble but two people is a must. Pealing the protective plastic off of the roof metal is a task but much easier if it is cut in strips first but carful to not scratch the painted surface. Edges are also very sharp so exorcise cation when handling them. Overall love the finished product.
