It’s exactly what I needed. The base mount is heavy duty. The pipe a little on the thin side but once filled with concrete stiffened right up. The coating is ok for the price.

This pole is great for turning into a stand. I bought it to use as a grinder stand and it's worked out really well. I was able to modify it for my needs. The steel is not too thick, which makes it easy to move around. The pole is sturdy though, thanks to the cylinder shape. I think the yellow coating works well with the abuse this stand is getting.

Bollard itself is very light. Well painted on all surfaces, even under the base. The body of the bollard is attached to the base, seemingly making this bollard one solid piece. Lightly tapping it with my ring reveals that it is indeed constructed of a metallic metal, most likely of the steel variety.

Good hardware. You just need a good drill bit to drill into asphalt to install it and impact hex bit to fasten the bolts. When tools are right, it just takes 30 minutes to get it done and your neighbor won't hit your car parked on your driveway anymore.
