This was an awesome purchase! Love that I can fry my turkey or boil my seafood. This fryer has everything you need to make some good food. Everything is well made and sturdy. It's the perfect deep fryer.
I did not get this to do a deep fried turkey. My main purpose is to use it to do canning from my harvest in my garden. This is going to be perfect for that. Huge pot that I can make soups and sauces. There is a straining bucket and that will be great for bigger whole veggies or big batches of pasta. This will bring my canning process outdoors and keep the mess out of the kitchen. The pot is well made and not thin and flimsy. The lids and pot handles are wrapped in a silicone to prevent burning of the hands and no need for pot holders to lift the lid. The burning unit/stand is very sturdy and strong. I have a large family so this may be useful in so many ways. Awesome product and great quality. Can’t wait to get started!
