Bought one of these for my dad, as hes been wanting one of these griddles for a while. He used to be a line cook and had experience working a real cooktop. Those garbage kitchen griddles just werent cutting it. Theyd always burn out, or the non stick coatings would start to flake. You cant get them hot enough to sear a steak, etc. So I got him this and hes been really enjoying it. Hes been frying up steaks, pork chops, bacon, burgers, and even stuff like enchiladas. And he can use his metal utensils on it with no worry about marring the surface.

The only cons are that the surface heats unevenly. The heating element seems to be under 2/3rds of the cooktop with the other third only getting radiated heat from the other side. So the actual viable cooking surface is a bit smaller than expected. It is nice, however, for keeping things warm. If you're cooking a full cooktop of bacon, the left side will crisp up, while the right side stays raw. It also takes a long time to get to temp. I'm guessing that's a limitation of running on 110 volt. It also seems to fluctuate in temperature, where it will cool down rapidly and struggle for a bit to get back up to temp, but it eventually gets there.

Overall, its a pretty nice griddle!

This is an amazing appliance. I prepared breakfast this morning French toast, sausage patties and eggs.
It heats fast and cools.
It comes greased so I heat it up and cleaned it.
You will need a griddle kit and griddle grease to keep it clean. Preferably a grill brick…and once you’re done cooking throw some ice cubes on it and scrub gently with the grill brick and your cleaning is easy peasy.
Lightly grease with a griddle grease and a paper towel.

It's really a dependable good griddle you can't beat this deal and you have a choice how you can to season it like my Blackstone griddle or season like I season my AVANTCO restaurant griddle yes I have several griddles even a foodie griddle but my go too day today Is This One right Here!!! I recently bought the 14-inch electric griddle with 1500W power, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The size is perfect for my small apartment, yet it still offers ample cooking space for my needs. Before the first use, I followed the pro tips and seasoned it about five times outside, which not only makes cleanup a breeze but also significantly reduces food sticking.After preheating it for about 15 minutes, I was able to reach around 500°F, making it great for searing meats. Cooking at around 300°F is ideal for pancakes and eggs, and it cuts my cooking time down by almost half compared to my old stovetop. However, I did notice that the gaps around the cooking surface can allow thicker liquids to spill, which can be a bit messy. The new design comes with a containment chamber that helps, but I’m still cautious about it. Overall, this griddle offers excellent performance, and with a little attention to seasoning and setup, it works wonderfully. Highly recommended for anyone short on space yet wanting quality cooking results!

This thing has been awesome! We use it regularly it rarely leaves the counter. It’s big and takes up a bunch of space but it does all the things!

This little grill works very well in my commercial kitchen. If you season it before you start grilling the stainless steel works great. I recommend cleaning it with 3M grill cleaner and then reseason with oil before each use. The 3M grill solution is the best grill chemical on the market.

This flat top is the bomb it is great for cooking on and feels really heavy duty dosnt feel cheap in anyway I want to get more products from that brand

Just received my griddle as a gift. Seasoned it and ready to rock and roll!!

Small but for 2 people it works great. Breakfast burritos, smash burgers and any thing else you want to cook on a flat top grill. This thing is restaurant quality. The grease pan is big and easy to clean. It's electric so you can use it in the house or outside.
I love this thing.
