It very cool my room. Love it.

Does not go lower than 62 degrees. However, it cools down my living room very well. Love the fact that it sits on wheels. Moderately quiet. The window adapter does not fit all windows.

Love it works great. It cools a 2 1/2 car garage.

Easy to install and works perfectly in the room

Having issues with installing this and there's absolutely no one manning the customer service department. I've tried the Live Chat on the website multiple times on multiple days, it always says it's offline. I've emailed and not received a response. I've called and no one answers.

I had a popular namebrand one for years that broke on a 100F day sadly.. and it was only in my master suite to save money because I have extreme room temp changes on a 2nd floor ve a ground in a small townhouse. It is not worth separating floors for 2 HVAC systems and the master suite gets hit with sun at 2p, prime heat hour and in 90F+ weather, it raises that temp 6 to 7F above the rest of the house, causing HVAC insanity (runs continuously to bring down upstairs temp while downstairs stays 6F colder regardless of fans and circulating options).Well this little locally warehoused prime delivery unit showed up in a few days and it works just as well as the other name brand. It pulls out a few gallons a day as dehumidifier on 80% or more humid days and it has kept the master comfortable so my HVAC doesnt over produce to try to catch up to that room. And this unit will keep my blinds from melting against the wall that the sun hits (Yes it got so hot other year on that wall, even with air conditioning some plastic hanging joints melted or cracked along windows that have weatherproof and energy efficiency ratings... smh.) So far I am very happy with this little easy portable unit. Not too heavy, smaller footprint than my former name brand and gauges temperature well (auto function is good). It is a little loud even on sleep function but I will not complain as it works very well.

These options let me customize my comfort effortlessly because I can. Installing the included window kit was straightforward, plus portability on wheels means that I can easily move it between rooms as needed. This brand is a great choice for just about anyone that is in search of a solution that is versatile and also very convenient for cooling their dorm or their home. Absolutely worth every penny!

We live in a sub-tropical region so air conditioning is a must for about 10 months out of the year. I was originally thinking of using this air conditioner for a bedroom in our house that never seems to cool correctly in the summer, but ended up using it in my garage. I need to switch out the rear end of our SUV and really had no desire to work on it in 80% humidity and heat. Since I had a window in the garage, this was easy to install. The window panel was simple to fit in the window and the hose snapped easily into the hole.The controls are easy to understand as is the remote. While a dehumidifier is nice to have, I was excited to lower the temp in the garage. I ran the AC overnight before I was working out there and managed to comfortably cool a two car garage. While a garage is hardly a thermal friendly environment, this air conditioner did a very good job of lowering the temp and the humidity. I spent about 12 hours under the truck that day and it was very comfortable. I'm not 100% why you would use this as just a fan, but the option is there.Overall, this is an excellent value on a portable air conditioner that is easy to use and very effective. It is likely I will pick up another one for the warm bedroom.

Our homeschool room was too hot for concentration until this AC! Now the kids can actually focus during lessons. The noise level is low enough for video learning, and the cooling is consistent enough to maintain comfort all day. The remote means I can adjust without interrupting lessons. Educational investment that was totally worth it!
