Box showed up damaged, and the unit was not fully put together. Sent an email requesting assistance and have yet to hear any response.

Work perfectly and quietly

Works great. Makes ice cold air. Perfect for large or small areas. It's quiet. Good peace of mind knowing this could cool a small home if the main unit ever fails or a great supplemental unit to the main unit. Easy to operate and the remote is handy.

Huge Relief!

GARVEE 14K BTUHuge difference! I’m using this portable ac unit in my second floor large bedroom. Makes my space super chill in the middle of summer. I have central ac in my house. But, since there are two other adults that live in my home who choose not to contribute financially when using the ac, I shut it down.This unit makes some noise, but it’s minor and is on the quiet side for this type of portable ac. The wheels work great and are hidden from view. A little heavier than expected but not an issue for me. This will keep a large master bedroom with master bathroom cool and comfortable.

Cooling system is easy to use

Wonderful!   Just would like window  kit to be a little more durable.    But the unit is great.  Reducing heat in our two car insulated garage,  in 98 degrees weather.

Home theater cooling solution!

Our basement home theater generated so much heat from equipment that it was uncomfortable for movie marathons. This AC solved the problem completely! Cools efficiently despite the electronic heat output, noise level is low enough not to interfere with movie sound, and the remote means adjusting without pausing the film. Movie night upgraded!

No more fighting over the thermostat!

My husband likes the house at 75° and I need it at 68° to function. This AC in my home office means we're both happy! It cools just my workspace without affecting the rest of the house. Installation was super simple - took maybe 15 minutes total. The remote control is responsive and I love that I can set the exact temperature I want. Marriage saver!
