It does the job

The tank is great but the transfer pump is a little cheap

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased the 15 gallon pan with electric pump and I haven’t been able to use it because the fitting that connect the pump to the drain came defective. It’s been almost two months and have yet to hear back with a resolution to the issue. As nice as the phone reps are they aren’t able to do anything other than make notes in the system which doesn’t help because the following step doesn’t take place.

Strong

This unit is very strong and well-made. It does have one major problem. The pump and the handle should be on the same side otherwise the hose is in the way when the oil is draining from the car the other units I’ve seen had the pump in and the handle on the same side. I didn’t notice.
