Need help!

My grandson has been loving his truck since November 2025 driving it on his own. But suddenly the accelerator just stopped working and the truck won’t go unless you use the remote is there any way to fix that? We’ve turned the remote off that didn’t work so I took the batteries out that didn’t work. I’ve been trying to contact customer service through email chat and calling for a couple of days now and no response.

This ride-on truck has been a fantastic addition to our family. My kids love the two seats and spend hours outside driving and dumping their treasures. The safety features like the seat belts and parent remote give me total peace of mind, and the suspension handles our rough yard beautifully. One of the best toys we own and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
