Very thick and feels like excellent quality. This is woven material and it will stop weeds. I did run water over it and the water does go through the cloth into the dirt so it will not create any new drainage problems. I would definitely buy this again.

This is very nice matting. We're using large pieces to protect delicate spots on our yard from our large and energetic dogs diring the Spring thaw. Later on we'll be using it under some patio and walkway areas as well.

Great stuff, thick and I doubled it up to create more barrier, probably unnecessary (used instead of burlap to protect trees, figs, from cold winter winds and frost).

The Geotextile Landscape fabric works fantastic. it offers sufficient coverage. I highly recommend it for any landscaping project. It holds up well under tough conditions and has lasted a good while since I installed it. Installation was straightforward, and it came neatly packaged in a roll. I used it as a French drain it's controlling an erosion and drainage problem I previously had.
